Switch Virtual Desktop occur black screen in 31.0

Log just displays as "Capture method WCG Selected", not other log messages further.

Expected Behavior

Switch to Virtual desktop of windows from desktop 2 to desktop 1 continues recording certain windows on windows capture with "Windows 10" Method

Current Behavior

Switch to Virtual desktop 2 to 1 makes OBS black screen, while program is running fine

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create Virtua desktop of windows 11 funtction, and make it as desktop 2
2.Run any windows like explorer and capture it with windows capture with method, windows 10
3.Switch into virtual desktop 1 (Main Screen) and see OBS become black screen and program is running, when you do aero peak

Anything else we should know?

I already clean installed NVIDIA driver, and OBS, and tried to rollback windows restore, and even re-installed OBS 30.2.3.
but problem is still remains the same.
If I keep run virtual desktop 2, then OBS working fine.
it is only happens when I switches to Desktop 1 or 3. I hope staffs address this problem as soon as possible, due to I am running VM instances with Vmware, and recording it's progress while I do other tasks in main monitor. thank you.
I cannot use bitbit because this VM uses Hardware Acceleration
