  4. OBS crashes
Anything else we should know?

I'm trying to record a lot of small clips in webm format. I would really like to avoid going through converting the files from another format to webm and just export in webm if possible. If you could tell me how (if at all) i can resolve this issue, i would be very grateful. Thank you!

Research direction

Start by inspecting the OBS Studio log and crash log linked in the issue, then reproduce the crash on Windows 10 with OBS Studio 30.2.3 using the listed recording steps. The issue is resolved when the cause of the ffmpeg-mode crash is identified and recording small WebM clips no longer crashes OBS.
