Expected Behavior
This is the screenshot while streaming with VT H264 Hardware encoder. The software encoder should be work like this.
Current Behavior
And this is the streaming screen with VT H264 Software encoder. (BTW the b-frames option is unchecked)

- Setup Twitch WHIP streaming service.
- Set encoder to VT H264 Software.
- Start streaming

Streaming with RTMP and recording files works good, it might be something wrong with webrtc?
