Steps to Reproduce
  1. Setup Twitch WHIP streaming service.
  2. Set encoder to VT H264 Software.
  3. Start streaming
    ...
Anything else we should know?

Streaming with RTMP and recording files works good, it might be something wrong with webrtc?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with OBS Studio 30.2.3 on macOS 15 using Twitch WHIP and the VT H264 Software encoder, then review the supplied OBS log: https://obsproject.com/logs/IWBOLRFsARl3Psbj. Trace the WHIP/WebRTC video path and compare it with VT H264 Hardware and RTMP output; done means software-encoded WHIP video is no longer distorted.
