Research direction

Start by reviewing the OBS Studio log at https://obsproject.com/logs/3OfEdgTxOsSoIBVO and reproducing the stop-recording freeze on Windows 11 with OBS 30.2.3. Trace the recording shutdown path to determine why OBS remains on “STOPPING RECORDING”; done means recording stops within a few seconds and OBS remains responsive after the reported workflow.
