Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on macOS 14 with OBS Studio 30.2.3: select Português Brasil, restart OBS, and inspect the Ferramentas menu. Compare it with English or Korean and with Windows, then trace the Portuguese translation or menu entry responsible. Done means the Websocket Server Settings menu appears correctly in Português Brasil without regressing the other languages.
