Research direction

Start by reviewing the OBS Studio log at https://obsproject.com/logs/uYaWdRjI5Yn3ntm5 and reproducing recording on Windows 11 with Intel UHD 770 using OBS Studio 30.2.2. Compare GPU usage and bitrate during recording; the issue is resolved when recording can exceed 1Mbps and the encoder is utilized rather than only 3D performance.
