Expected Behavior
Obs-studio should launch.
Current Behavior
"Failed to initialize video".
Steps to Reproduce
- Update to v30.2.2.
- Launch obs-studio.
Anything else we should know?
This issue does not reproduce on version 29.1.2. I suspect this may be the same issue that prevented obs-studio from launching when the OpenGL renderer is in use on Windows, or perhaps the PR https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/11002 that fixed it may have introduced this issue.

Research direction
Start with the linked OBS Studio log and compare startup behavior between v30.2.2 and v29.1.2 on Windows 10. Review PR #11002 and the OpenGL-renderer context to determine whether it introduced the regression. Done means OBS Studio launches successfully under the affected configuration without the video-initialization error.
