OBS Previews Incorrect on HDR (NV12, Rec. 709)

Expected Behavior

Should display the scene preview as it would appear on output (streaming/recording).

Current Behavior

The preview shows incorrect colors*. Streaming and recording work as they should and are not affected.

*For some reason, color sources seem to appear normally on my monitor, as if they were the right color, but when using PrtSc or the Microsoft PowerToys Color Picker utility, it's actually different (eg. #FF4499 is actually displayed as #FF6BE8).

Steps to Reproduce

Use OBS with HDR on, and observe how display captures, color sources, and game captures appear.

I am using a Legion Pro 5 16IRX9.

No source files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the linked OBS log and reproducing the issue with HDR enabled, then compare the preview with a recording for display captures, color sources, and game captures. Done means the preview colors match the streaming or recording output.
