Expected Behavior
Resizing and moving sources should follow the mouse pointer properly.
Current Behavior
It doesn't follow the mouse pointer properly, causing actions in places that do not correspond to where I'm trying to click/drag. Recording of the bug: https://0x0.st/XKJP.mp4
Steps to Reproduce
- Create any kind of source
- Try resizing or moving them

Research direction
Reproduce on Fedora KDE 40 with OBS Studio 30.1.2 by creating any source and resizing or moving it. Review the linked OBS log and recording while checking how the pointer position differs from the source action. Done means resizing and moving consistently act at the mouse pointer location.
