[macOS] macOS Screen Capture + Color Correction Effect Filter causes unintended color changes

Expected Behavior

Nothing will happen if you apply color correction filter with no value changes.

Current Behavior

Some regions turn black(darker).

These are two frames in a single video record of my desktop.
The first one is without any effect filters and the second one is with color collection filter but no value changes.

These things don't happen in deprecated Display Capture or in deprecated Window Capture.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Capture the desktop by using macOS Screen Capture with the method Display Capture.
2. Apply the color correction filter with no value changes.

Anything else we should know?

Same things happen in the other methods of macOS Screen Capture.

Compare recordings with and without the unchanged Color Correction filter; done means applying that filter without changing values no longer causes regions to become darker or black.
