Expected Behavior
Using window capture on a Flash Player window with moving elements and a green background will remove the green if you use chroma key filter. (Tested using Adobe Flash Player)
Current Behavior
Using window capture on a Flash Player window with moving elements and a green background will not properly chroma key out the green if you use the chroma key filter. See attached movie:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Mac OS Screen capture source
- Use Window Capture on a window with a green background and moving elements (in my case capturing from Adobe Flash Player)
- Apply the Chroma Key filter to the source
Anything else we should know?
I have tired doing this to other windows e.g. quicktime player and was not able to cause the bug so it might be something to do with using Flash Player specifically. It does not happen if you do full display capture or application capture.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked OBS log and reproducing the three listed steps on macOS 14 with OBS 30.0.2, using an Adobe Flash Player window with moving elements and a green background. Compare window capture with display and application capture; done means the Chroma Key filter removes the green from the window capture as expected.
