Expected Behavior

Show primary display, which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 instead 1080 x 1920.

Current Behavior

Both of the prompts show only the second screen, which is a vertical screen.

Steps to Reproduce

Possible 30.0.2 bugs? Things that I've done before I noticed this issue (I usually start OBS Studio minimized to tray and automatically when starting PC, using it similar to NVIDIA GE Instant Replay.) are that I've upgraded GPU Driver, Windows Security(?) and Feature(?) upgrade (I update everything to the latest, including the additional update one.) and updating OBS Studio to the latest version.

Logs when it is still working... Will stick to lower version until issue is fixed.

Start by reviewing the linked OBS log and reproducing the issue on Windows 11 with a 1920x1080 primary display and a 1080x1920 secondary display. Done means both display-selection prompts show the primary display rather than only the vertical second screen.
