Expected Behavior

The how-to-build links should direct to the correct resources in order to help people contribute.

Current Behavior

The how-to-build links direct to a how-to-install page that is clearly missing the headings/anchors to which the links are pointing and that has no information about building the project.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Follow one of the build instruction links
  2. See that there are no build instructions on the page
Anything else we should know?

The links I'm referring to can be found here: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-browser#building

The new build instructions appear to live within this portion of the wiki: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/wiki/Building-OBS-Studio

Research direction

Open the repository README and inspect the Building section links referenced in the issue. Compare them with the current OBS Studio wiki building page, update the links so they lead to build instructions, and verify that each link resolves to the intended resource.
