Hello,
I am upgrading my Claude Code workflow and found your repo through Harper Reed's blogpost. In .claude/commands/do-files-issues.md it mentions ~/.claude/0000-issue-template.md. However, when I look around the repo, I don't see a copy of the issues template. Do you have that available somewhere else?
