Description
- Add robot template folder to repo @matentzn
- Add basic robot template code to build @matentzn
-
Provide basic spec for tables to Griffin @cmungall @dosumis (include evidence columns) - Griffin to provide tables (on branch in spec loc). These are standard ASCT-b tables and so can be converted using existing CCF tools code.
=> review test build.
Missing terms:
- Terms in FMA, not Uberon - Griffin to add Uberon ticket with these. (Note - there are thousands of vessels in Uberon that are not in FMA. - ignoring most of these for now)
- New suggested terms from VCCF - need review
Linking to tissues:
Mappings not yet ready to use - expert review needed.

Research direction
Start with the robot template folder and the tables on Griffin's branch in the spec location, then inspect the existing CCF tools conversion path. Review the suggested VCCF terms and tissue mappings, and run the test build. Done means the connectivity relationships import cleanly, missing terms are resolved or tracked, and expert review is complete.
