Description

It would be nice to have a clinical age ontology for use in clinical settings.

These terms may also need a special annotation for display of clinical/human specific definitions.

(trying to find the HPO-Uberon alignment one, will update)

Research direction

Review the proposed clinical age ontology terms and the related HPO issue 4206, then clarify the missing HPO-Uberon alignment. Define the required clinical or human-specific annotations and ontology scope before implementation; done should be a reviewed, agreed change specification.
