Hi Chris,
there are now interesting expression data about amphioxus, available from this recent paper
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30464347
and I wondering how to report the 'adult neural tube' of Branchiostomidae?
with UBERON:0005054 primary dorsal nerve cord
or with
UBERON:0001049 neural tube
but then the current definition of 'neural tube' would be too restrictively linked to embryological development, I guess
