Inferior/Superior wall of ventricle

We have a need for more specific terms of right ventricle myocardium [UBERON:0006567] & left ventricle myocardium [UBERON:0006566] to further break down the regions of the ventricle wall so that a lab's samples can be more accurately annotated.
We would really appreciate some guidance on how to reconcile various reference to figure out which terms should be generated.

Start with UBERON:0006567 and UBERON:0006566, then compare the three cited anatomical references and their wall terminology. Reconcile the differing regional schemes with project guidance before deciding which right- and left-ventricle wall terms should be generated. Done means the requested terms and their distinctions are agreed and added to the ontology.
