'hash-tag' filters don't work right away

Description
In order to use the 'hash-tag' filter function, you must first click on e.g. the title bar of TaskExplorer after starting it and then on the search field. Now, the search function is ready to use.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by starting TaskExplorer and using the hash-tag filter before and after clicking the title bar and search field.
