Description

Dear Patrick,

This is an issue I have had for a few months and have ignored it, which I shouldn't have.

I'm on Sequoia 15.7, and BlockBlock Helper is 2.2.2

I'm not sure what else you need, let me know if there's a place I get get logs for BB. I can take a sample from Activity Monitor if it helps (though I need to research if it contains data I need to redact).

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report on macOS Sequoia 15.7 with BlockBlock Helper 2.2.2. Collect the BlockBlock logs or an Activity Monitor sample, as suggested in the issue, and use them to identify why the helper cannot connect. Done means the connection works reliably and the cause is covered by an appropriate regression check.
