Description
Little Snitch seems to interfere with BlockBlock. With Little Snitch installed, BlockBlock fails to load on reboot even though Full Disk Access is granted. A manual reboot does not fix the issue. When removing Little Snitch from the system, BlockBlock functions normally again. I submitted this to Little Snitch support, but thought I would submit here as well.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the reboot failure with Little Snitch installed and compare startup behavior with it removed; done requires a confirmed cause and a verified fix or documented incompatibility.
