Gather info on what kind of apps people would want to run in ROFL

Let's get data on what kind of apps people would want to run in ROFL. With this data, we can create templates for ROFL App's Create function.

I think it is important to limit the information gathering to the users that would actually be willing to deploy and spend some resources on running their apps in ROFL.

So perhaps, we should start the questionnaire with questions on whether a user actually sees the need (i.e. a value proposition) to run their app in ROFL.

We should ask users about the value they would see in running existing templates that are available as well as potential new templates we could offer. To name a few:

1. RPC endpoint for Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, ...
2. Light client for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, ...
3. Oracle price feed (https://github.com/oasisprotocol/rofl-app/issues/32)
4. TODO Add more

We should offer users to suggest their template ideas as well.
