Description
We should add code coverage support to the e2e tests to get rid of the bogus "Added line was not covered by test" warnings in PRs (some things can only be tested in end-to-end tests, but those currently don't support code coverage).

Research direction
Start by locating the repository's end-to-end test entry points and tracing how coverage is currently collected for other tests. Then determine how e2e coverage can be included in pull-request checks; done means e2e-tested lines no longer produce bogus "Added line was not covered by test" warnings.
