Research direction
Reproduce the failure with oasis-node --config /serverdir/etc/config.yml on Ubuntu 18.4 using Oasis Node 21.1.1, and inspect the peer-network mismatch and seed-connection errors. Done means the node connects to the expected network instead of repeatedly reporting that peers are on a different network and that no seeds can be reached.
