Description

Extracted from https://github.com/oasisprotocol/explorer/issues/545

maybe after a while, we could show a banner saying something like "This data has been loaded 1 hour ago. It might no longer be accurate"? Or should we refresh the displayed data at regular intervals, so that it's always fresh?

Research direction

Start by reading the extracted context and the linked explorer issue 545 to understand the data-freshness concern. The issue needs a decision between showing a stale-data banner and refreshing displayed data regularly; it is done when one approach is specified and its behavior is agreed.
