Description

I've recently switched to roslyn LS and it has different presentation for code action.

And some of them are multi-level (I don't know hot exactly it's called)

for example:

if I click 2-* CA - everything works fine.
But if I choose first option I get errors:

Does lspsaga support such type of actions?

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests. Reproduce the first-level Roslyn LS code action in lspsaga, then trace its code-action handling; done means selecting a nested action works without the reported errors.
