Feature value

Currently, only DEADLINEs and SCHEDULED tasks are considered for notifications. I think it would be an obvious extension to consider plain timestamps as well, because you need to be reminded of meetings and such, which are neither tasks nor deadlines.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the notification handling for DEADLINE and SCHEDULED entries, then determine how plain timestamps should be recognized; done means meetings and similar plain timestamps also produce notifications without changing existing behavior.
