Feature value
By using diary-style expression entries such as:

one can easily add anniversaries and holidays into the agenda.
Right now it seems to be unsupported.

Research direction
Start with the linked Orgmode Weekly/daily agenda documentation and inspect the existing agenda handling for where diary-style expressions would be evaluated. Done means agenda views support entries such as the provided anniversary expression; the issue does not name files or tests to run.
