Description

Hi there,

using the mkdir function of Path on windows results in the error, that the directory cant be created, if linux style paths are inserted (forward slashes).
It comes down to the vim.loop.fs_mkdir function, wich does not seem to support directory creation on windows with forward slashes. (Same for vim.uv)
In contrast vim.fn.mkdir works without issues - and that would be the behavior I would expect from such a function - resolving forward/backward slashes by itself. Especially as the normalize function of vim.fs normalizes all windows path to linux style (backward slashes to forward ones).
