Description
Package
v4.x
Description
Current implementation of toast requires all toast instances position to be set once.
It would really be nice if there would be per-toast position option when calling them.
Example: element ui's el-message and el-notification components

Research direction
The requested API is toast.add(), and the current behavior is the shared toast position configuration. Start by locating the toast implementation and its position handling; the work is done when an individual toast can specify its position without changing the default for other toasts.
