Description
Hi there 👋
While working on a project using Nuxt UI today, I found a strong need for a Repeater component in forms (and I’m sure many others have faced the same need).
Since one of the main goals of the Nuxt UI community is to make this module truly excellent, I’d like to suggest adding a Repeater component with features such as:
- Support for nested repeaters
- Sortable items
- And other helpful enhancements for dynamic form handling
Thanks a lot for all your hard work and dedication to the Nuxt UI community — it’s really appreciated! 🙏

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by reviewing the existing Nuxt UI form components and their conventions, then clarify the repeater’s required behavior and scope, including nested and sortable items. Done means an agreed design and implementation that covers the requested form behavior.
