Description
Package
v4.0.0-alpha.x
Description
It's currently not possible to disable trailing icons globally or in items for items with children.
I would like to implement a new prop: disableTrailingIcon(s).
Should this prop appear in NavigationMenuItem too?

Start by locating the NavigationMenu and NavigationMenuItem entry points and inspect how trailing icons are enabled for items with children. Clarify whether the prop belongs on both components, then define done as supporting global and/or per-item disabling with coverage for the agreed behavior.
