Description

Is there any chance that ESLint and prettier and even stylelint could be added to the starter? create-nuxt-app for Nuxt 2 had loads of options to bootstrap all the necessary tooling including tests, something that's missing in the starter templates. Would be great if they can be added.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Review the starter templates and compare their setup with the Nuxt 2 create-nuxt-app options, then define which templates should include ESLint, Prettier, and Stylelint; done means the agreed tooling is available in the applicable starters.
