This is an open source module that generates server API routes with basic information about countries, its states and cities.
The project is operating publically at: https://countries.xamu.com.co/ but the module is provided as an alternative to get faster responses. Powered by the data of: https://github.com/dr5hn/countries-states-cities-database
I'm using it myself in my own projects an other modules I'm developing.
