Description
Would it be possible to add config, where images from public folder would be pregenerated using nuxt build? This would help for edge runtime usecases, where you have dynamic content, but static images and module doesn't work on edge (with default provider of ipx).

Research direction
Start by tracing how nuxt build handles the public folder and how the default ipx provider is configured for SSR. Define the configuration needed to pregenerate those images for edge deployments, then verify that static images work without the default provider in an edge runtime.
