IAM: Extended token introspection doesn't return claims mapped from Verifiable Credentials

Description
The regular token introspection endpoint returns claims that it got from the Presentation Definition that was fulfilled (fields that have an id property). The extended token introspection endpoint returns more information (Presentation Definitions and Presentation Submissions), but is missing these claims that it got from the Verifiable Credentials.
This is a bug that should be fixed.
