Description
Nuts node can currently act as credential holder, requesting and receiving credentials from OpenID4VCI-compliant issuers. However, the feature is still in PoC/experimental state and needs to be explicitly enabled to be used. We bring it to a state in which it can reliably be used by e.g. Generic Functions data exchanges.

Research direction
Start by reading the current OpenID4VCI credential-holder implementation and the linked issue 3152 to identify the remaining specification gap. Define the required changes and documentation updates from those references; the issue is done when the implementation no longer requires experimental enablement and the checklist items are complete.
