Description
this list shows the unencrypted PAL header which should not accidentally be shared when requesting for diagnostics.
located under protocol_v2.payload_fetch_dlq
it also clutters the overview, so probably move to a more specific page like to /internal/network/v1/diagnostics/...

Research direction
Locate the diagnostics page code and the protocol_v2.payload_fetch_dlq entry; first inspect how the diagnostics overview is assembled. Done means the unencrypted PAL header is no longer exposed in the overview and, if retained, is shown only on a more specific diagnostics page.
