Description

During CORS bidding, modules that were full in round 1 and 2 can still become available again in round 3. If we can do scraping between rounds we can push this notifications out, using

  • Service worker push notification
  • Bots (Messenger, Telegram), etc.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First map how module availability is scraped between CORS bidding rounds, then determine which notification channels are supported. Done should include detecting modules that reopen in round 3 and delivering notifications through the selected service worker or bot channels.
