api feature request pending requirements

As a freshman choosing mods, it is often difficult for me to find out the workload and difficulty levels of mods. The comments can vary a lot as perceived difficulty and workload can be very subjective.

I suggest adding numeric ratings (out of 5, for example) for mods under different categories, such as workload, difficulty, enjoyability etc. Many of the ccomments already give ratings anyway. I believe this feature will make choosing mods much easier.
