Description
When the LSP initially starts it can take a long time (> 1 second) for the first hover to work. Seen here in the new logging. It would be great to figure out what is going on.
This could be a bug in the nushell rust code. It could also be a bug in the extension for the hover. It may also be a bug in the timing in the extension or maybe even something else.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Reproduce the initial hover delay using the new logging, then trace timing in the VS Code extension and the Nushell Rust LSP to identify where startup time is spent. Done means the source of the delay is identified and the initial hover behavior is corrected.
