Description

  1. Open https://www.nushell.sh/
  2. Press search
  3. Enter columns

The "columns for filters" is NOT in the results, but it should be, and it should be leading to https://www.nushell.sh/commands/docs/columns.html
Interestingly enough, "columns for filters" does show up in the recent list after you've visited it
