Description
Due to the name of the first column returned from the split column command from column1 to column0, the from-env format module is broken. Simple renaming of the column name fix the issue.

Research direction
Start with the from-env format module and inspect how it consumes the output of the split column command. Update the expected first column name from column1 to column0, then verify that the from-env format works with Nushell versions above 109.1.
