Description
TestAgency.OnAgentExit() is designed to check the exit code of agent, and, if non-success, throw another exception reporting the expected error.
Any exceptions thrown here appear to be lost, and not reported through the console output at all. This means the code in this method is essentially misleading and redundant.

Research direction
Start at TestAgency.OnAgentExit() and trace how exceptions from its agent exit-code check are handled before reaching console output. Done means a non-success agent exit reports the expected error through the console instead of being silently lost, with the misleading redundant behavior addressed.
