See http://nunit.org/docs/2.5.1/attributes.html. Seems to occur when the nav bar is taller than the content on the page.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the legacy page at http://nunit.org/docs/2.5.1/attributes.html and reproduce the layout when the navigation is taller than the page content. Locate the footer and navigation sources used by that legacy documentation, then verify that the footer follows the full navigation height on affected pages.
