Description

At least in one place we should mention the NumPy trademarks. They are effectively covered by the NumFOCUS trademark policy and linking that might be good.
In that case, I suspect we could just say that NumPy name, logo, and website are trademarked and the numfocus policy applies: https://numfocus.org/trademark-guidelines

Research direction

No file or test is named. First locate the site's existing legal, trademark, or policy information, then add a reference to NumPy's name, logo, and website trademarks with the NumFOCUS trademark-guidelines link. Done means the policy is visible in an appropriate site location and the link works.
