In the folder view, the ability to show questions used by exams in that folder

It would be nice to be able to see all questions used by exams in the folder you're looking at. Since questions aren't necessarily in the same folder as the exam, it can be hard to quickly see what questions are used.

They should be separated or visually different from questions which are actually in the folder.

Start by locating the folder view and tracing how questions and exams in a folder are loaded and rendered. Check how an exam's questions can be identified, then define done as showing those questions alongside the folder's own questions with a clear visual separation.
