Put some information in the accessibility statement about how to use assistive technology

At the moment, the accessibility statement assumes that you already know what assistive technology you need, and are comfortable with it in general use.

It might be a good idea to write something for students who haven't used assistive tech yet, describing what's available and what it can help with.
