Projects you can request access to

Some people are willing to share material with other lecturers, but are wary of making it available to students who might find it on the editor while it's part of a summative assessment.

It should be possible to make a project visible to everyone, showing just the name and description, with a button to request access. Anyone with edit permission should be able to grant access.
