Truncate lists of projects on the site homepage and members on a project's homepage

I'm now in dozens of projects and a member of a project with dozens of members. I think the lists shown on the sides of homepages should be truncated, with a link to a page showing the whole list, paginated.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the list rendering for the site homepage and a project's homepage, then determine how each full list can be exposed on a separate paginated page. Done means both side lists are truncated and links allow users to view the complete lists.
